Project ENHANCE+
ENHANCE+ is the joint project of the ENHANCE Alliance, which is being implemented as part of the "European Universities" initiative.
"European Universities" Initiative
The external page European Universities Initiative of the European Union promotes transnational cooperation between European universities in the fields of education and research in order to increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the European Education and Research Area. In particular, the initiative promotes innovation in higher education in order to provide students with an excellent education today and prepare them for the challenges of tomorrow.
Aims of ENHANCE+
With its ENHANCE+ project, the ENHANCE Alliance is helping to ensure that Europe remains a place of excellence in education and research. ENHANCE+ pursues the following three objectives over the next four years (Nov. 2023 - Nov. 2027):
- To make transnational education a reality by giving our students the opportunity to immerse themselves in a European educational experience, to make their studies more flexible, to improve their language skills and to experience the importance of European values.
- Bundling of expertise and knowledge to anticipate the future needs of society, industry and research and train future-proof professionals.
- Strengthening European values by promoting cultural and linguistic diversity and embedding inclusion and equality to become a diverse and self-determined community.
Structure of ENHANCE+
The planned activities in the ENHANCE+ project are divided into ten Work Packages (WP). To ensure close coordination between the work packages, they are structured in three clusters:
